Where to contact?

If restless neighbors do not want to negotiate and seek a compromise, then, as M. Montessier once said: “The noise of weapons drowns out the voice of the law.” In the eyes of such people, the law loses all force. There is no use talking to them. Violators can be punished by contacting the following persons and institutions:

  • district police officer;
  • district court;
  • city housing inspection;
  • prosecutor's office;
  • Rospotrebnadzor.

The complaint procedure has several stages:

  1. Submitting a corresponding application to the district police officer.
  2. Filling out an application for organizing a noise inspection. At night this procedure is performed extremely rarely.
  3. Receiving test results.
  4. Collecting evidence of violations by neighbors.
  5. Filing a claim in court.
