2. In the field that opens, enter your personal data - last name, first name of the citizen, contact phone number or email address, and then click the “Register” button.
3. Enter the individual confirmation code received at the specified phone number. If an email was specified, a letter with a link will be sent to it, clicking on which will activate the user’s personal account.
4. Specify a password for subsequent login to the site and access to its functionality.

After activating the account, the newly opened form will prompt the user to fill out basic information about it:

• FULL NAME. fully;
• date and place of birth;
• passport series and number;
• when and by whom the identity document was issued;
• SNILS number.

• click on the section “Registration of citizens”;
  
• select a service depending on the reasons for which a new registration is required, and click the “Get service” button;
• read the information about the imposition of liability for providing incorrect information, forged documents and confirm familiarization by checking the appropriate box;
• select current location;
• indicate the registration option, for example, own registration, registration of a newborn child;
• click the “Next” button.

Here you will need to provide the following information:

1. Passport details of the interested person - full name, series, document number.
2. Birth certificate details if registration is for a child.

4. Address of your current place of registration and information about your new place of residence.
5. Data from the document that is the basis for the right to register for another living space - a certificate of ownership of housing, a lease agreement, a court decision on the assignment of the right to own real estate.
6. If the apartment is the property of another person, you will need to provide his passport details.
7. Information about the applicant's current and past citizenship.
8. Statistical information - reasons for relocation, occupation at last place of residence, education, marital status.

Submitting an application

To complete this stage and submit an application for registration, click the “Submit Application” button. At this moment, the order number of the application will appear on the screen, allowing you to track the status of the procedure.

• arrival certificate issued at the time of deregistration at the previous place of residence;
• statistical arrival sheet;

In any case, the list will be sent to the email address of the interested person at the time of notification of the date and time of appearance at the Main Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Obtaining registration at the place of residence

After presenting the relevant documents, an authorized employee verifies the information specified in the electronic application. If the information is accurate and reliable, the specialist prints out an application for change of registration and provides it to the applicant for signature.
